Mark Summers, who has been in the Valley for 19 years is currently the Beverage Director and Mixologist at The Rose in Edwards. He has a love of all things cocktail like which has led him to become a Partner, Brand Ambassador and Mixologist for Parce Rum, whiskey barrel aged Rum from Colombia. Mark loves the nightlife that the Vail Valley has to offer and has the insider view on cocktails and bars.
