“One Field, One Cow…and the Sweet Smell of Success” was Eagle Valley Land Trust’s motto for its fifth annual Alpine Bank Cow Patty Bingo. Deeds for a square of land were available for $20. Then the 4-H Grand Champion steer and sheep chose their squares and made their deposits. Whoever held the deed to those squares took home $1000. The event also included mechanical bull riding, kids lasso roping lessons, a conservation scavenger hunt and music by Hardscrabble.
