HYGGE DINNER AT THE ROSE

Hygge, (pronounced hooga) a feeling of joy, coziness and overall contentment, was felt by all  hose who attended the dinner at The Rose, where Chef Bryan Redniss created what guests described as a “divine” meal. Course after course, guests were treated to an eclectic meal that included, pork, striped bass, roasted veggies, pappardelle squid ink pasta, a poke bowl and a course meant to eat with your hands called the Pizza, Taco, Ice Cream Disorder (PTID). It was all accompanied by the perfectly paired cocktail, beer or wine.
