Trick or Treating in the Vail Valley

Vail Village Trick or Treat Trot Get ready for Halloween fun! The Vail Recreation District will host the 25th Annual Trick or Treat Trot on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Eagle-Vail, Colorado Annual Chili Cook-Off

It was a day of sunshine and rain. It was perfect weather for the Eagle-Vail Annual Chili Cook-off! The Chili Cook-Off takes place every year and proceeds go to support the Eagle-Vail community garden. For $25 visitors taste chili creations from professional and amateur chefs, sip adult beverages, and listen to live music. This year the kids saw it as a chance to show-off their Halloween costumes.  Adults were happy to let them run in the grassy areas around the pavilion. For me, it’s was just another reason to love living in the Vail Valley and another opportunity to capture some images of great costumes and amazing food. Check out my top nine images from the event.
